Planner rewards will be issued to the lead planner named on the booking contract following completion and full payment of the qualifying booking.

Rewards are based on the final contracted net booking value, excluding taxes, service charges, gratuities and third-party supplier costs.

Should the final contracted value fall below the qualifying threshold, Lore Group reserves the right to adjust the reward tier accordingly.

For participating Lore Group properties, rewards will be issued as Lore DISCOVERY Dollars (D$), where D$1 is equivalent to US$1 and subject to GHA DISCOVERY programme terms and conditions.

For Kimpton De Witt, rewards will be issued as IHG Business Rewards.

Planner rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative reward.

Rewards will be issued within 60 days of the completion and full payment of the qualifying booking.
